With any project, there will be challenges. The builders on this project chose multiple tile types and designs, inlcuding porcelain, glass mosaic, pebble, and stone and wanted a perfect and flush finish with adjacent tile. A project of this difficulty requires a skilled tradesman with intimate knowledge of his craft. Belveal Construction LLC has decades of experience bringing design dreams like these to reality.
Most projects require knowledge and experience with a multitude of specialty products. On this particular project the primary concern for the builder was potential water damage from the salt pods.

This requires the utmost care in waterproofing in multiple stages as well as applying epoxy grout to all tile throughout the building to prevent moisture damage from ever occurring. The right contractor can be the difference between a tile project that lasts a few years vs a generation.
